Ikana is a brand we created to help Greenshell New Zealand get a premium for their commodity selling Greenshell mussels. Given the chance to build a brand around an innovative new technology we partnered with chef Ray McVinnie to develop a gourmet meal option – Ikana EasySteam. The product and brand are taking Greenshell mussels from the live bin to premium chiller space around the world.
