Rei Konza / Designer

Rei works as a designer for BRR's creative team. She joined us after graduating as a top student in AUT's design honours program. Rei brings a students' sense of discovery, unusually combined with a strong sense of design discipline.

The challenge in brand design is to maintain a direct link to strategy while allowing creative freedom. Rei inhabits a mix of cultures, particularly drawing on her Japanese heritage with a Swiss sense of discipline. Working with our Senior Designers, Rei brings an approach of rigorous design exploration that is strongly linked to the strategic direction.
